	Pro Tools Studio A recording studio in Bushwick Brooklyn formerly located in New Paltz NY where tons of records were made. We have Wi-Fi and a place for you to sleep if needed. About The studio is run by musicians and songwriters. We've found this to be very handy when recording. Not all engineers are musicians. We are youthful, creative, enthusiastic, positive and fun. We believe in the importance of good gear, but feel that musicians don't need to spend large amounts of money to get a great recording. Of course nice microphones, preamps and compressors help, but we believe that ears, technique and good gear are most important, in that order. Young Love Studio recordings have been on radios, film and televisions internationally including NPR, the BBC. They've been featured on commercials by ING Bank, National Parks Foundation, Claires Cosmetics, Avis, and TV shows like Gossip Girl, The Good Guys, Flipping Out and many reality shows. They've been written about in several magazines including Spin, NME, Paste etc. Many of our recordings have been in the top 100 CMJ college radio charts and have led bands to touring the world! Gary earned a BA in Audio and Film Production, has been a recording engineer for a long time and a musician for longer. He's had the experience of working in the studio with grammy winning producer Nellee Hooper (Bjork, Smashing Pumpkins, No Doubt, Massive Attack). He's recorded Grammy winners Molly and Jay Ungar, bass monster Tony Levin, and a slew of other super talented people above and below the public radar. Gary has lived and worked in San Francisco, Los Angeles, London and NY.
